Shipping/Delivery/Return POLICY

You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a 50% refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We may preauthorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. Wrong Item Received/Damaged Item Policy:

Eligibility for Returns/Replacements/Refunds: If you receive a product that is not what you ordered or if it is damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Notification Period: To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide detailed information about the damage or the wrong item received, including photos, if possible. Return Process:

Contact our customer service team via email at epic@loomazeo.com with your order number, the issue with the product, and any relevant photographs documenting the problem Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Condition of Returned items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Replacements: If you prefer to receive a replacement item instead of a refund, please indicate this when you contact us. We will inform you if a replacement is available and the process for receiving it.

50% Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than:

(1) 30 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied, or

(i) (if earlier) 30 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or

(iii) if there were no goods supplied, 30 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
